At Everhart, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Products must be returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@everhart.co.uk. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your location. Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation, as unsolicited returns will not be processed.
Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, the quickest solution is to return your original item and place a new order. In select cases, we may be able to assist with free size exchanges—please email us for availability and support.
Order Cancellations
We operate with a highly automated fulfilment process. Once an order is placed, it typically enters processing within 12 hours. Because of this, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return.
However, if you spot an error in your order (such as the wrong size, color, or address), contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@everhart.co.uk, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Non-Returnable Items

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days—no explanation required. The product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
